Bigfoot Civil is delivering the civil works for the multi-stage 712 Benetook Avenue industrial subdivision.
The initial stage included installation of the subdivision’s stormwater drainage network, sewer infrastructure, and water supply services, forming the essential underground services needed to establish the estate.
Following this, Stage 2 involves construction of the main roadway, including placement of Class 4 pavement, kerb works, and sealing to support access and further development. Together, these works provide the key servicing and road infrastructure required to progress the industrial estate and support future expansion.
