The Karisma Subdivision project involves the delivery of comprehensive civil infrastructure works to transform the site into a fully serviced, construction-ready residential development. The scope includes bulk earthworks and site preparation, road pavement construction and asphalt surfacing, concrete kerbing and footpaths, stormwater drainage, service trenching, and associated traffic management works.
The project also includes the installation of new water and sewer infrastructure, including water mains, property connections, fire plugs, valves, sewer mains, manholes and maintenance chambers. Electrical and NBN service infrastructure is being accommodated through dedicated trenching and under-road works.
Finishing works include signage, line marking, a pedestrian refuge island, driveways, site grading and clean-up, along with testing, commissioning and preparation of as-constructed documentation. Together, these works will provide the essential road, drainage and utility infrastructure required to support the new subdivision.
